Intelligence Specialization.
With Risk Management having taken centre stage as probably the most compelling issue of our time and most operational tasks and processes re-evaluated from a perspective of risk, Enterprise Intelligence is experiencing a revived appreciation.
How an enterprise prospers in the face of risk, while responding to unplanned events (positive and negative), is deemed a prime indicator of its fitness to succeed.
We provide the following services:

Regarding IT, we have a bias for SAP solutions.
What is the basic process by which we engage with our Client?
Throughout the process, there is also the important thread of fulfilling all administrative requirements.
We approach Enterprise (Business) Intelligence as a complement of the Collection, Analysis, and Dissemination of information, within which we discern 5 stages of information processing, namely:
Enterprise Intelligence faculty, refers to the intelligence capacity or potential of an Enterprise. The latent ability of an Enterprise to acquire and apply the necessary knowledge and related skills.
Enterprise Intelligence function, refers to the intelligence performance of an Enterprise. The exerted ability of an Enterprise in acquiring and applying the necessary knowledge and related skills.
In our engagement we discern between faculty and function with due consideration of their reciprocal importance.

25+ years’ experience combining Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Marketing, and Management, including extensive implementations, migrations, and support projects in SAP solutions, across the manufacturing, transport, retail, transport, construction, banking, financial, consulting, tertiary education, government, petro-chemical, and communications sectors.
In my view – whatever the strategy – the leadership of an organization essentially has to decide what present and future upside risks (opportunities) they find worthy to pursue in the face of their accompanying downside risks (threats).
I believe there should NOT be a preoccupation with downside risk; instead: realistic management of both upside and downside risk is at the heart of business growth and wealth creation.

I advocate that risk is the essence of economic activity, and consequently any behaviour that attempts to escape downside risk altogether will lead to the least realistic behaviour of all: doing nothing.
Taking and managing risk is the essence of success for any enterprise.
While having a keen interest in information science, technology and methodology, I maintain that Intelligence is more than a mere complexity of algorithms; presupposing a living soul.
